State Licensed and Certified professional, she has spent her career assisting individuals with activities and daily living (ADLs), medication management, and complex medical needs all while fostering deep, trusting relationships with clients and their families. Frame her work not as a profession but as a true calling. Pava dedicated a significant portion of her life to the well-being of others. The mark of experience. Her extensive experience has turned into an expert in compassion and care. After 30+ years, Pava have learned a tremendous amount and have much wisdom.
