At Shelter for Heart's, LLC, we provide a caring and affordable independent living home community for low-income and homeless seniors. We give seniors a voice to make decisions about their healthcare, daily routines, and personal care, which boosts their self-esteem, and sense of purpose. Located in Spring, Montgomery County, Texas. 

Our Mission 

Shelter for Heart's, LLC, provide high quality individual focused care that meets both the physical and cognitive needs of each resident. We have a safe and nurturing environment for seniors, especially veterans, in need. Our dedicated team of licensed nurses certified staff ensures round-the-clock care when needed. Our warm beds, hot healthy meals and nutrition snacks to ensure are residents feel at home and cared for.

We are trying to transition Heart's from homelessness to home. While providing each residence a plan of care with license nursing staff.

 Resident sharing program connects older adults with roommates offering companionship perfect for individuals with low income. Companionship and belonging with these living situation provide consistent companionship, which can reduce loneliness and social isolation a significant issue for many seniors. A built-in social network communication can create a sense of belonging and higher self-worth.

    With over three decades of dedicated services, Pava exemplifies what it means to lead with heart. State Licensed and Certified professional, she has spent her career assisting individuals with activities and daily living (ADLs), medication management, and complex medical needs all while fostering deep, trusting relationships with clients and their families. Frame her work not as a profession but as a true calling. Pava dedicated a significant portion of her life to the well-being of others. The mark of experience. Her extensive experience has turned into an expert in compassion and care. After 30+ years, Pava have learned a tremendous amount and have much wisdom. 

Under Pavalin Howard leadership, Shelter For Heart's encourages social engagement, meaningful activities, and wellness ensuring that every resident feels valued, supported and truly at home. Community built on trust, respect, and heartfelt care.
